What should I do if I receive a defective garment?

If you receive a garment that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately at 888-77-BERNE or [email protected]. We will repair or replace the item as needed.

Are there any exclusions to the warranty?

Yes, our warranty does not cover garments that have been misused, abused, modified with embroidery, decorated, or otherwise altered.

Will I have to pay for return shipping if I received the wrong item?

No. We will cover the costs for both the return shipping of the incorrect item and the postage for sending you the correct one.

How do I return the incorrect item?

We will provide you with a UPS return label so you can send back the incorrect item at no cost, and will ship you the correct item right away.

No, we will cover the cost of both the return shipping and the postage for the replacement item.
